Lunch is served: Chicken Pelau  #stuffed

Pelau is one of Trindad’s signature national dishes and I’d say its also our definitive one-pot meal. When it comes to trini cooking, one of the dishes that truly identifies with our culture is pelau. Everyone on the island makes a good pelau. 

Salmon with sauteed carrots and string beans. Healthy lunch indeed.
